Customized an immersive inclusion exercise for students. By including parents that shared stories on sexual/non-sexual harassment, guided students through empathic listening exercises and effective conflict management (4 sessions, 1 month)
RESULTS
Reports due to workshop participants reduced to zero. 6 months post-project, harassment incidents decreased by 60%+, harassment incidents due to workshop participants remained zero
