Research from the National Bureau of Economic Research highlighted the positive long-term effects of same-race teachers. The Client’s old placement strategy resulted in homogenous teacher staff, leaving POC students without any same-race teachers

Analyzed the expected hiring for the next 5 years, and the racial populace of schools. Created new placement strategy for teachers that will diversify learning for students without drastically increasing teacher travel
