Client was interested in helping org leadership better understand the queer experience. Queer employees wrote about not feeling at home in the business, management needed help creating a more inclusive environment.

Personalized hands-on learning experiences of completely new material. Customized an out-of-office event that showcases queer talent, assessing bias and open-mindedness via pre and post-event workshops.


3 months post-event, employees DEI satisfaction levels increased by 25%+. Management DEI approval ratings have increased by 10% over the last 3 months (which is higher than other client average of 7% increase).
