How we helped

Equity workshop showcased the logic of equity, gave learners tools for assessing when something is not equitable, and presented multiple communication strategies for addressing inequity in the workplace (1 day project)

Post-Innerlytic

Employees surveyed were skeptical, but 85%+ of workshop attendees testified that they learned new, useful information about equity. HR noted that Leadership set budget for DEI initiatives for the upcoming year
